A dedicated team, shaped to fit each project, mastering operations from design through to delivery.

  • Team

    Dedicated and shaped to fit each project, it masters the follow-up of operations: design, manufacturing, delivery.

  • Advice

    Analyses the need and proposes an industrial solution through supply chain control, in constant contact with your teams.

  • Design

    Produces trend books, references, object mood boards, conceptual research, hand drawings, 2D and 3D models.

  • Purchasing

    Develops and coordinates relationships with our partner factories in Europe and Asia, taking charge of production management.

  • Quality

    Organises laboratory testing, factory audits and inspections, in partnership with international laboratories.

  • Supply chain

    Steers international sourcing, warehousing, kitting and multi-country allocation.

  • Logistics

    Ensures delivery to points of sale and subsidiaries, with the associated customs documentation.
